TERMS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Service Agreement, constitute a legally binding agreement made between the Client identified in the Service Agreement and ChatAssist Handelsbolag (“ChatAssist”), concerning the Client’s access to and use of the https://www.chatassist.se (the “Site”). Client agrees that by accessing the Site, Client has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
ChatAssist reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. ChatAssist will post the updated Terms and Conditions on the Site. Client will be subject to, and deemed to be aware of and to have accepted, any revised Terms and Conditions if Client continues to use the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
10. REFUND POLICY
Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once service delivery has begun.
You may request a full refund if:
- You cancel within 48 hours of payment, and
- We have not yet started delivering any part of the service.

Refunds for dissatisfaction or delays are not guaranteed, but we will work in good faith to revise the work as per the agreement. ChatAssist reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional cases.
